Dai Due Supper Club is a roving restaurant at locations in and around Austin including farms like Boggy Creek, Rain Lily, and Springdale and unique venues such as The Swoop House. Join us at a communal table for a multi-course feast of seasonal and local ingredients, many of which are sourced from the property where we are dining. We provide filtered water and after-dinner coffee and herbal tea; dinner is BYOB. Cost varies from $75-$100 per person.
At the New School of Traditional Cookery we offer in depth Hunting and Fishing Workshops, guiding participants through harvesting an animal, field-dressing, and cooking in one of a kind weekend experiences complete with meals, a supper club feast, and lodging. We also offer 1/2 day to day long classes in Whole Hog Butchery, Wild Game cooking , and Canning.
