FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Where is the Supper Club held? Dinners are held at unique locations in and around Austin.   Directions to each event are posted on the website along with the event description.  For hard to find venues, we will email specific driving directions to registered guests.

What happens if it rains? We will provide tents or an indoor area when possible.  If not, the dinner will be canceled (with as much notice as possible) and fully refunded.

What is the dress code? Casual.  We are typically on farms and outdoors, so we highly recommend comfortable clothes, close-toed shoes and layers.  It can get cooler and warmer quickly during the Texas Spring and Fall.

What is the price per person for a dinner and what does that include?  The dinners range in price from $55 – $100 per person depending on the theme and venue.    This includes live music or records for entertainment.  We offer a complimentary cocktail provided upon arrival, filtered water with dinner, ice for your beverages, after dinner coffee and herbal tisane, along with a multi-course feast at a communal table.  Please bring any wine or beer you would like or any additional non-alcoholic beverages.  We provide a rough menu to the Austin Wine Merchant on West 6th Street by Thursday the week of the dinner, and they offer wine pairings in a variety of price ranges.

Can you accommodate vegetarians/vegans/allergies?  Each Dai Due dinner is based on a theme, focusing on regional ingredients and what is in season, and the menu is fixed.  Many of the menus involve meats, dairy and seafood – or a combination – and may not be a good value for vegetarians or vegans.  If you have any food allergies, please let us know in advance, so we can steer you away from certain items at a dinner or suggest another event that may be better suited for you.

How long do the dinners last?  We encourage leisurely dining and enjoying the space we’re in and the Supper Club generally lasts about 3 to 4 hours, or longer, as guests often don’t want the night to end.

Is gratuity included in the ticket price?  No.  Please feel free to leave your servers a tip, it is greatly appreciated and evenly distributed among the staff.  Please also tip the musicians if you’ve enjoyed the show.

Is the menu available in advance?  Our menu is usually being completed up to the day of the dinner as we source directly from our local farmers and hand select the best ingredients available at the moment.  If you would like a rough copy of the menu – keeping in mind that it will likely change somewhat – we are happy to email a copy to you. The Austin Wine Merchant on West 6th Street will have a rough copy of the menu at the store by Thursday the week of the dinner, so you can get a sneak peak there in order to choose your wine for the evening.

Are tickets refundable?  No, but they are transferable to another guest.  If you cannot attend the dinner, please contact us with the names of the new guests.

How many people attend a dinner? Between 30 and 80.

Can we make a reservation for a larger party?  Yes.  We encourage larger parties to reserve quickly, while there is still space at the table.

I have a gift certificate.  How do I make a reservation? Please go ahead and make your reservation via Paypal.  Then, contact us directly by phone or email with your gift certificate number and we will refund the amount of the gift certificate promptly.   Keep in mind that reservations are taken on a first come, first serve basis.

Is there assigned seating at the dinner? Yes. Each party’s seats are marked by name cards with the last name of the person who made the reservation, in order to avoid splitting up parties at the table.  If you would like to sit with someone who reserved seats separately, please contact us in advance of the event.

Is there a waiting list for sold out dinners? No.  Tickets are non-refundable, so once we are sold out, we cannot offer any additional seats.
